On that note, let’s eliminate the mortgage interest tax deduction so the government doesn’t pay such a large portion of your mortgage and the banks’ mortgage income.

I don’t think the government should do anymore than what Obama did; putting restrictions on interests rates, limiting credit card offers to students, and reforming late fees.
What Obama did is pushing my limits. Anymore of this kind help, then I would have to say no to.
