whats the fastest way to increase my credit score?

My score is currently 641, I owe $10,000 and have payed off $5,000 over the past 3 months. My plan is to be debt free in 6 months. I have a few negative reports from a few years ago but other than that I have been paying all my debt on time and for more than the minimal payment. Is there anything I can do to help my credit score increase faster? I would like to have 700+ score. thanks

    Go to http://www.creditboards.com and learn how to dispute to get the negative items off your report. If you get those off your score should jump, along with you paying off the debt.
